Ngozi trained at The London School of Musical Theatre where she appeared in such productions as Carmen, Les Misérables and Sweeney Todd. 

Most recently, Ngozi has filmed a role on TV series Anansi Boys.

She made her professional debut as Dynamite/Cindy Watkins in Hairspray directed by Edward Mercieca and Kris Spiteri. Other theatre credits include Peter Pan (Aylesbury Waterside Theatre), Gary Coleman in Avenue Q (Brookside Theatre), the lead role of Queen in The Life (English Theatre Frankfurt) and The Sour Kangaroo in Suessical the Musical at Southwark Playhouse. She made her West End debut as Mrs Brown in The Book of Mormon.
